William Fèvre Chablis Premier Cru Côte de Léchet Domaine is produced exclusively from the estate-owned vineyards in the renowned Côte de Léchet Premier Cru vineyard. Situated on a steep, south-east-facing slope with the iconic Kimmeridgian limestone soils of Chablis, this Chardonnay is celebrated for its remarkable minerality, vibrant freshness, and refined elegance. It is one of William Fèvre's most terroir-driven Premier Cru wines, offering exceptional purity and ageing potential.

Brilliant pale gold in colour with green reflections, it opens with expressive aromas of citrus, white flowers, and wet stone. The palate is precise and energetic, combining crisp acidity with pronounced mineral character and a beautifully balanced, long finish.

Nose:
Fresh aromas of lemon zest, grapefruit, green apple, white peach, and acacia blossom, complemented by oyster shell, flint, chalk, and delicate floral notes.

Palate:
Bright and vibrant, featuring flavours of citrus, green apple, pear, and white peach, supported by lively acidity, saline minerality, and subtle creamy texture from careful lees ageing.

Structure:
