William Fèvre Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses Domaine is produced exclusively from the estate-owned vineyards in Les Preuses, one of the most elegant and refined of Chablis' seven Grand Cru vineyards. Planted on the legendary Kimmeridgian limestone soils, this exceptional Chardonnay is celebrated for its purity, finesse, floral complexity, and striking mineral expression. While Les Clos is renowned for its power, Les Preuses is admired for its grace, precision, and aristocratic elegance.

Brilliant pale gold in colour, it opens with delicate floral aromas, vibrant citrus, and white orchard fruits, beautifully complemented by flinty minerality and subtle smoky nuances. Rich yet refined on the palate, it delivers remarkable balance, freshness, and exceptional ageing potential.

Nose:
Elegant aromas of lemon zest, grapefruit, white peach, pear, acacia blossom, and white flowers, layered with wet stone, oyster shell, flint, and delicate smoky mineral notes.
