William Fèvre Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos Domaine is the flagship Grand Cru of the estate, crafted exclusively from its own vineyards in Les Clos, the largest and most prestigious of Chablis' seven Grand Cru vineyards. Grown on the renowned Kimmeridgian limestone soils, this exceptional Chardonnay perfectly expresses the power, precision, and remarkable minerality that have made Les Clos one of the world's finest white wines.

Brilliant pale gold in colour, it reveals an intensely aromatic bouquet of citrus, white stone fruits, white flowers, and striking flinty minerality. The palate is rich yet remarkably focused, delivering outstanding depth, elegance, and extraordinary ageing potential.

Nose:
Complex aromas of lemon zest, grapefruit, white peach, pear, acacia blossom, and citrus peel, complemented by flint, oyster shell, wet stone, toasted almond, and subtle honey notes.

Palate:
