Fruit for our Three Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc was harvested from three vineyard sites, each adding a different dimension to the final blend.Each vineyard parcel of wine was separately fermented using different fermentation yeasts to bring extra complexity to the wine.
Each vineyard parcel of wine was separately aged on French oak for eight months. Final blending of the three vineyard grapes is where the much of the magic takes place – each component chosen for its ability to elevate the final blend, making a beautifully balanced, easy drinking, delicious combination of grapes grown in three of our best vineyards.

Nose: Aromas of pineapple and citrus with subtle hints of gooseberries and passionfruit.
Palate: Appealing tropical fruit flavours with a juicy citrus palate and a crisp, clean finish.
