Smoked meats, cassis, anise, black fruits and coffee grinds. Choc mint biscuits and charred rosemary.Mint jelly, juicy ribena currants, anise, stewed cherries and dusty tannins to round out the palate. Sweet blue fruits, chocolate, licorice and toast, plenty of structure and aging potential for those who have the patience to wait.
