This wine was born from the desire to make a product that represents both Bodega Kaiken and myself.
We wanted it to be complex and simple, we didn't intend to blend, but little by little we got this result.
Tasting and analyzing more than 40 different wines from different varieties and regions in the province of Mendoza, that's how it was born. Kaiken Disobedience by Francis Mallmann is a red blend.

Appearance: Intense ruby ​​red with subtle purple hues. Aroma: Complex, with aromas of red fruits, mixed with notes of sweet spices and graphite, with soft nutty notes.
Taste: Sweet, with soft and silky tannins, a beautiful mouthfeel, a long, fruity finish. The finish has notes of dark chocolate.
