In view it is bright ruby red with lasting bubbles.
On the nose it is very fruity with a delicate aroma of violets. In the mouth its flavor is sweet, friendly, fruity and juicy.

Excellent as an aperitif or to accompany entrees, pasta and cheeses such as gorgonzola.
