~TASTING NOTE~
 
Nose: Piney juniper and a blast of Bombay spice but with a soft mouthfeel, attractive floral notes and a dry nuttiness. Mint is evident but well integrated.
 
Finish: Floral notes - more violet than rose, are particularly evident in the dry peppery finish.
 
Overall: Of the three new botanicals in this gin you'd think it would be fragrant mint that would dominate, but if anything, nutty floral notes standout. However, this is still recognisably Bombay Sapphire so it's the brand's trademark spiciness that prevails.
